Is he really back?

Two hundred years have passed since the death of the Dark Lord and the legendary Harry Potter has too laid down and let his soul finally go on. One would think that there was finally peace in the world, where Death Eaters were unheard of and dark wizards and witches knew their place. However…this is not the case, though hoped for intensely.

He can’t be back…can he?

Though seven of the horcruxes were destroyed by Harry Potter and his friends, Hermione Granger and Ronald Weasley, there was another. One last horcrux, hidden deep in who-knows-where and unknown to any of those who know the tales of old. Things remained peaceful for a while, but after a hundred and seventy years, a descendant of Rodolphus and Bellatrix Lestrange found the last horcrux of Lord Voldemort.

It’s got to be a dream, a horrible, horrible dream…

With it, the man released the soul of You-Know-Who and brought him back his body, though placed not a hand on Potter’s descendents. No needs to rein act the mistake his foolish ancestors had done last time. So Voldemort was restored to complete power, the scarlet, cat like eyes in place, the pale, skull like head still pointed, and his Parseltongue, or the ability to talk to snakes, still intact. And because no one would have ever expected the Dark Lord to have a final horcrux, his ambush on the Wizarding World was completely unprepared. The Ministry fell as easily as a fly when he attacked; the Wizarding World was defeated in a mere two years. He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named appointed himself as Minister of Magic, the descendant of the Lestranges his deputy. Hogwarts was renamed as “Vampiori School of Witchcraft and Wizardry”, most Mudbloods were enslaved in shackles and Muggles killed. A dire time had been cast upon the wizard and witches of the world, and it looked like the clouds would remain forever gray and bleak.

Please…don’t let it be true…

Yet, there is hope. In Vampiori School, a band of youth have gathered together to plot ways to get rid of the Dark Lord once and for all. They are known as merely the Resistance, students ranging from the fourth and seventh years with hope for a better world. And with unexpected help from an old friend, how can they possibly fail in retrieving the horcrux? There’s only one thing: You-Know-Who’s gotten word of the trouble makers--and he’s coming to get them.
