Kitchen

Well, the food has to be made somewhere. Where else would you get it? The food is prepared by the house elves, small humanoid creatures with bat like ears and long, pointed noises. They are there to serve their masters, the Hogwarts students and professors, and fear being set free. The Kitchen is located near the Dungeons, right behind the portait of a fruit bowl. Tickle the pear and it will turn in to a handle, then take your chance to enter the Kitchen. It has four long tables, just like the tables above them in the Great Hall. It has stone walls, a fireplace at the end of the room with many brass pots and pans. Though some "steal" food from here, it is not actually very difficult, being that the house elves are pleased to give any student anything they desire in their grasp.
